 La Cascada is born in Pucón (IX Region), the company’s first fish farm, starting the production of “pan size” trouts.

2006

The current plant in Quellón is acquired, making Marine Farm a vertically integrated company.

1991

Construction of Los Chilcos fish farm (Pucon) and start of production of Atlantic salmon smolts. Acquisition of licenses in Tornagaleones (Valdivia).

2009

Acquisition of a new recirculation fish farm in the XI region and new concessions in the X and XI regions.

1996

The large – scale production of coho, salar and trout begins in the Tornagaleones river, under the name Granja Marina Tornagaleones SA.

2011

Acquisition of the Río Dulce company, incorporating a collection center, Primary Plant and a wellboat (Río Dulce I).

2005

 Marine Farm leads aquaculture evolution in Chile with one of the first eco-fish farms (Los Chilcos). Expansion stage begins with the acquisition of 8 sea licenses in Chiloé and Puerto Cisnes.

2012

It joined Yadran under the name Patagonia SeaFarms to market its products in the USA and Canada.

Acquisition of two wellboats: Río Dulce II and III.

Creation of Patagonia Processing, a process plant located in Miami, destined to give added value to the products.
